Transcript invoice estimator.
Your own rates, line by line, the way the invoice adds up.
Estimate
This estimator needs JavaScript to add up your rates. The blank worksheet below prints as it is.
| Line | Calculation | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Original transcript | pp × $ | $ |
| Realtime | pp × $ | $ |
| Copy transcripts (number of copies) | pp × $ | $ |
| Appearance fee | Flat | $ |
| Estimated total | $ | |
Not included: Exhibit scanning or handling; rough draft, ASCII, or e-transcript. A schedule may bundle them or list them as their own lines.
This is an estimate. The reporter's or agency's written rate schedule governs.
How the lines add up.
Each per-page line is the page count times your rate. The expedite multiplier raises the original rate, and the copies too when you tick the box. The appearance fee is added once. Each line is rounded to the cent, and the total adds the rounded lines.
Your entries stay in this browser, so they are here when you come back; Clear the form removes them. The math runs on this page and nothing you type is sent. As on every depostack.com page, Cloudflare counts the visit.
