The deposition

Leave any of these empty to leave a line to write on.

Changes

Optional. Type in changes you already have; the sheet lists them in page and line order and always leaves blank rows to write in by hand.

    Date

A template, not legal advice. The governing rule or order sets who may make changes, how and by when; where a rule, an order or your agency prescribes its own form, that form controls.

How the witness’s review fits in the transcript’s review chain: The state of scoping and transcript review in 2026.

    A sheet, not a rule.

The template prints what you enter and nothing else: the case, the deponent, the date and your name at the top, the changes in page and line order, blank rows to spare, and lines for the deponent’s signature and the date. It says nothing about deadlines or certificates, because those come from the rule, order or agreement that governs the deposition, and many reporters and agencies have their own form.

Your entries stay in this browser, so they are here when you come back; Clear the form removes them. Nothing you type is sent. As on every depostack.com page, Cloudflare counts the visit.
