# Turnaround date calculator.

Count the days from the proceeding to the delivery date, one by one.

## Due date

The calculator needs JavaScript. The blank count sheet below prints as it is.

The governing rule, order, or agreement sets the actual deadline. Check it before you rely on this date.

## How the days are counted.

The proceeding date is day 0, and counting starts the day after. In calendar days every day counts, and the due date is the last one counted, unless you ask to move a due date that lands on a weekend or closed date to the next open day. In business days only Monday to Friday count, and a closed date you add is skipped.

No holidays are assumed: courts, agencies and reporters close on different days, so add your own. Dates are counted as calendar dates, so your time zone cannot move a day.

Your entries stay in this browser, so they are here when you come back; Clear the form removes them. Nothing you type is sent. As on every depostack.com page, Cloudflare counts the visit.

## Built by the people who produce the record.

These tools are free and need no account. DepoStack is also building software for court reporters: [Exhibits by DepoStack](https://depostack.com/exhibits/), [Transcript by DepoStack](https://depostack.com/transcript/) and [Video by DepoStack](https://depostack.com/video/). *The waitlist form is not reproduced here. A person joins at https://depostack.com/tools/turnaround/#waitlist: it is for the person themselves, with their own consent, and may ask for a human check (Cloudflare Turnstile) and confirmation by email, so an agent should send the person there rather than submit it for them.
