# Job and page log.

Every job, its pages and whether it is billed and paid, with the month and the year added up.

- **Kept only in this browser.** The log never leaves it and is not sent anywhere. Clearing this browser’s data, or a private window, removes it, so export a CSV now and then.
- **Captions can be sensitive.** Initials or your own job numbers work as well as a full caption.

Your file

A CSV opens in any spreadsheet. Importing adds the file’s jobs to this log and skips any already in it; a file with a problem is refused whole, with the rows named.

## Totals

Add a job to see the totals by month and year.

Billed adds the amount of every job marked billed or paid; Paid adds the jobs marked paid. A job with no amount counts toward jobs and pages only.

## Your log stays with you.

The log is kept in this browser’s storage on this device, and nowhere else: it is not sent to DepoStack or anyone, and another browser or computer will not see it. Clearing this browser’s data removes it, and a private window forgets it when it closes, so export a CSV now and then and keep it with your records.

Case captions can identify people and matters. Initials or your own job numbers are enough to find a job again.

The log holds up to 2,000 jobs. Past that it refuses new ones rather than dropping old ones: export the older years, then clear them.
