# System details for support.

A snapshot of this computer for your help-desk ticket.

Use this utility when support asks for your setup. Review the snapshot and remove details you do not want to share before copying it into your request.

Each script reads this computer's details and prints them. It changes nothing, sends nothing, and needs no administrator rights.

The output includes your computer name, user name, serial number, and network addresses; remove anything you don't want to share.

### Windows

Open Windows PowerShell from the Start menu: not Command Prompt, and not as administrator. Paste the script, press Enter, and copy what it prints into your ticket.
